The Thousand Faces of Virtual Reality (Cecilia Sik Lanyi)

The faces in virtual reality (VR) are numerous. Why? Since its inception, VR has been a part of every aspect of our lives.

The growth of information technology, computer graphics, and powerful, fast hardware are the foundations of virtual reality. Virtual reality has a significant impact on both science and daily life.

This book aims to show applications, trends, and the most recent advancements in three key fields: the health sector, industry, and education.

This book is divided into three sections that each present a different application. Applications in health care are the focus of the book's first section. A survey of the literature on augmented reality comes next (AR). Industry field education disciplines are covered in the second segment. The final section displays many business applications and research.

Students, engineers, and researchers will all benefit from this book.
