The 3 Pillars of Personal Effectiveness: A step by step guide to a fulfilling lifestyle (Troels Richter)

Everyone who struggles with a heavy daily workload and frequently juggles several projects at once should read this book. Maybe you don't have a clear vision of what you are doing, which makes you feel pressured and behind schedule all the time.

Although it seems like a horror scenario, for far too many of us, this is the norm. This book's goal is to introduce you to the world of personal effectiveness and to show you how to increase your attention, workflow, and sense of importance in order to accomplish more value.

Personal Kanban and The Pomodoro Technique are the main tools, together.

About the Authors
Troels Richter has spent the last six years working at Trifork as a developer, Scrum Master, team leader, and Agile coach. His exposure to various roles and projects has helped him to recognize that agility is more than just a set of techniques and procedures; it is a way of life. The most valuable resource we have is time, and in order to live the fulfilled lives we all aspire to, we always need to improve how we use it. This is true whether you are a developer on a team, the CEO of a major corporation, or the father of a small family.
