Recent Progress in Parallel and Distributed Computing (Wen-Jyi Hwang)

One of the research fields that has seen the most activity in recent years is parallel and distributed computing. Engineering, business, the scientific sciences, and the social sciences are just a few of the fields in which the methodologies used here have found major applications.

The most recent themes and developments in this developing discipline are covered in this book. It examines aspects that are entirely current, such as the following: Social networks, smart grids, computation using graphics processing units, distributed software development tools, and the analytical hierarchy and analytic network processes are just a few examples.
