Applied and Computational Linear Algebra: A First Course (Charles L. Byrne)

The purpose of this book is to serve as a text for a graduate course that focuses on applications of linear algebra and the algorithms that are used to address the issues that arise in such applications.

We frequently look for algorithms with certain attributes because of the unique characteristics of the applications; we then use matrix theory to understand how the algorithms function.
